You are responsible for bringing the food for your assigned meal. Please get with your sibling and plan your meal and let me know so I can post it for everyone.

I will be bringing all the plates, cups, napkins, and silverware.

Fishing in Colorado!

Hey family!
For those of you who would like to fish during our reunion, here is the website to get your fishing license:

Adult license is $9.

Kids 15 and younger are free and do not require a license. It takes about 10 days for your license to be sent to you, so you need to do this soon! There are also a couple places on Vallecito Lake to purchase a license: Rocky Mountain General Store & Lodge and Pine River Lodge.(I do not have their prices.) If you want to fish there are rivers within a mile hike from our cabins and we will also be going to Vallecito Lake on the 17th. There are places at the lake to rent fishing poles for $10 a day.

Bushman Olympics

Well the Bushman Reunion is finally in motion! It is scheduled for August 16th, 17th and 18th in Durango, Colorado!! We will be staying at Blue Spruce RV Park and Cabins. Their website is: www.bluesprucervpark.com/index.php . Here you can find pictures and rates. There should be enough cabins for everyone. Campsites are not available. Right now all the cabins are available except for the two "Large Cabins". So first come first serve!! They are being held for us for one week under the name: Bushman Reunion.

The campsite is located near the beautiful Vallecito Lake where the marina offers canoe, kayak, and fishing boat rentals. There are several trail heads nearby.

Each family is responsible for their own reservations. Please make these within this up coming week. The phone number for the campsite is: 970-884-2641

Check in August 16th is 3 PM
Checkout on August 18th is 11 PM

The theme of the reunion is the OLYMPICS! We will begin with the opening ceremony and end with a closing ceremony. We will be performing olympic competitions throughout the reunion. So brainstorm with your families and let me know if you think of any fun "olympic" games we can play.
